As a Licensed Massage Therapist my main focus is to work with you, as a team. Together we’ll create a personalized massage session that will get you and your body feeling relaxed, balanced, and in a state of bliss!
There are many types of massage, Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial to name a few. I use a mixture of techniques in each session based on what we discuss prior to and during your treatment.
As the body relaxes it increases the opportunity to connect with deeper muscles, and soothe the nervous system with out activating the body’s fight or flight system. Leaving you feeling rejuvenated!

Hello! My name is Simoné (see-mo-nay). Thank you for taking some time to view my site and read about me.
I have always been attracted to career paths that are in the health care field. I have experience in caregiving and dental assisting. In 2018 I graduated from Arizona School of Integrated Studies (A.S.I.S.) an 800 hour massage therapy program. In that program they teach multiple modalities It has been an amazing journey and I am grateful for everything I have learned along the way.
My approach to massage is to bring awareness and balance to the body. I incorporate various modalities and use my clients muscles as a guide for pressure along with communication. I believe that massage does not have to be painful to be effective. Why bring more stress to a muscle that is already tight? Instead I use a mixture of focused-detail work and flowing techniques that bring fluid and oxygen back to the muscle. I look forward to the opportunity to enhance your everyday life!

This modality uses gentle holds that reach and acknowledge the flow of cerebral spinal membrane and fluid. This fluid can hold patterns of pain and or trauma for years after they have taken place.
